Stain remover works wonders December 21, 2007 N. Wold (Seattle, WA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I only gave this one 4 stars because I've had to use it a few times on a few really bad stains and it doesn't quite take it out as well as the advertisements I've heard about it. I used it on Mildew stains that seemed really permanent in the caulking around a bathtub that isn't used very much and it took out most of the stains. I also used it on the popcorn ceiling from some water stains that had been there a really long time. It took out most of the stains and only left a small line where the stain used to be on the ceiling. No one will actually notice it at all though unless you're looking for it. It does bleach things, so be careful what you're wearing when you use it. I'd be afraid to use it on the carpet since it doesn't say anything about that on the bottle and it bleached my shirt. The fumes are REALLY strong too. Use it in a very well ventilated room only! I got light headed using it in a bathroom that didn't have a vent.
