This has alot of the pellets and not as much seed.Id like it to have more seed.But my parrots still enjoy it.I just bought it again seeing one of my Caiques loves the Long monkey looking biscuits in it,Just bought it again for that very reason.I wouldnt have this as my only feed source seeing it doesn't have a ton of seed,but its great mixed with another feed that has more seed

Both of my Amazons love this food. I bought it and mixed it with their regular food. It was fresh and the merchant shipped it quickly.

Don't know if its a quirk of my Amazon parrot, but every other food I've tried, most of it usually gets thrown on the floor. This one he relishes! Very little is wasted.

Our Alexandrine isn't a picky guy, and he certainly munched on this contentedly. My first clue that maybe this was going to be a one-time only purchase- the much touted easy open zip top seal died the second time I tied to open the bag. To add insult to injury, I think the bird food at Amazon sits in the warehouse for awhile; it was full of seed moths! I ended up throwing it out before we'd used 1/4 of the bag. So if you decide to bit the bullet and buy this, keep a bag clip handy and either store it in the freezer, or invest in some of those pantry moth pest traps.
